You may wonder what type of court cases are on the go everyday. People busy in and out of the court. Filing so many different kind of cases. Why this case is treated like this and why that case is treated like that and so forth. Confused? Don't even have any idea about what and what?

Basically, there are two types of court cases which falls under criminal and civil category. So what case can be under criminal, which case should be under civil, is it possible one case committed these two categories simulteneously? What are the differences?
